Glenn has an extensive background in the real estate and mortgage industries, and has Dallas real estate roots going back to the early 1900’s, including great-grandfather Lawrence Miller (first president of both the Dallas Board of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors), and cousin Henry S. Miller. Glenn founded Garfield Lending Group with the premise that clients wanted service above and beyond any preconceived expectations. With this in mind, Glenn personally handles each loan from pre-approval through closing & funding, so you won’t be contacted by 7 different people asking questions about your personal life. He attends all closings, schedule permitting, to ensure that everything goes smoothly and any questions are answered prior to signing any documents. Finally, Glenn works almost exclusively by referral, which means he spends the majority of his time working for you, not looking for new business.
